Locals to Albuquerque, New Mexico, Nohelani Ader and Christine De Gregorio started their journey together in 2023, but go way back to 2015! They both share the same love for craft cocktails with the background of speed and volume bartending. Together they decided to create Aloha, Bellissima, to bring both their cultures into New Mexico’s beverage scene.

Hi! My name is Christine De Gregorio-Let’s get to know me! I was born and raised in Albuquerque, New Mexico and come from a first generation Italian American family.

I’m a mom to two amazing boys 13 & 1.5 years old, have a loving supportive husband who’s my best friend. I’m a very active person, enjoy CrossFit and lifting weights, as well as being outside in the nice weather. My bar background comes from years of working at a handful of bars here in NM, continuing education from close friends, and my own personal knack for pairing certain flavors. I thoroughly enjoy being a part of the process of bartending, and creating vibes that make people happy. Throughout my work I’ve met tons of people, and been hired for private events which is what helped create what is Aloha Bellissima today!

Aloha everyone! My name is Nohelani Ader or I go by Nohe! I am a proud Filipino and Korean woman from Hawai’i with the background of New Mexico culture. Before becoming a bartender I was a volleyball coach and competitor for all of my youth. I didn’t know anything else but volleyball. One year I finally realized that coaching wasn’t the best income during school. So I decided to become a server and the rest was history. I pour all my cultures into my creativity which helps me showcase who I am as an individual. I have been in food and beverage industry for over 8 years and refuse to look back.

My passion for the beverage industry has been self driven and continues to grow every single day. I take it upon myself to educate and understand all that I can. Some of the certifications I have completed are WSET Spirits 1 & 2, BarStarts & BarSmarts, CRT certified, Bourbon Steward certified and Edinburgh Whisky Scotch certified.

I am available for consulting work for bar programs, staff training, menu building, pop up bartending and guest bartending shifts!
